tinkan, ayn't realy the sharpest knife in the drawer, and can be preaty clumsy at time, but he make it up with a big heart, and strenght.

he have a bad habit to trust people to easly, something that can lead to, literally someone stealing his right leg, a thing that lead him to his metal leg.

he is bad with a gun, and can't aim to well, so he likes to get up and personal with people ''THAT'' he can get up to, but he keeps a handgun just in case.

his endurance, and his huge will to survive, have lead him out of death many times, and keeped him going for many years.

(seeing how alot of people are having this fallot equestria RPs and such, and after reading a little of the fallout equestria story geting all in to the fallout mode, i desided to make myself in this universe .D, and funny enough, his story is actuly from the first time i played fallout 3, but ofc, it would be fun to join in on one of thos rp with people, ayn't all fun to work on this alone .3)
