the 10 evil's. (read Description)

this i someting i had wanted to do for a long time now.
i want to creat someting called the 10 evil's, but it looks like it's only spyfurious here, so heres what i want my watchers and other people to do:

we need 9 more evil, so i what my watchers to be a part of this.
on this pic i want ya to creat an evil oc that can or if ya allready have one, send the link for him/her to me and i'll will take a look at them.

what that is required:

(1) he/she need to be evil.

(2) he/she need to have the goal to take over the world, can have a second goal if you want.

(3) he/she need to have an expertise in someting that can help to take over the world.

(4) don't copy anyting from spyfurious or the other evils.

(5) he/she need to have an personality description.

(6) ya need a pic of him/her.

(7) and plz be serious and give them an proper personality, look, name and expertise, the 10 evils is an serious group.

(8) any models is acceptable eks/ ponys, human, tf2 , duke nukem enemys, anyting, apart from anyting nude and pornografik.

(9) and last send a download link for him/her, if hes a hex, or some ting ya found on garry's mod.

(10) he/she most not be OP, if i c one that's OP i wont accept him/her

so if ya want to have ya OC to join, send me a link of him/her with all of the description above and i'll take a look at him/her
